Coach Morse began his coaching career at The College at Brockport in 2014. Coach Morse served as a graduate assistant before transitioning into the program's recruiting coordinator in 2016. Later that year, Coach Morse began his college head coaching career when he accepted the position of Head Baseball Coach at Division II NJCAA, SUNY Ulster. Coach Morse resurrected the SUNY Ulster baseball program and propelled them into a championship caliber team.
In 2019, and Coach Morse's first full recruiting class the SUNY Ulster Senators captured the Region XV championship for the first time in 15 years and Coach Morse was named the Region XV Coach of the Year. Since this championship the SUNY Ulster Senators have won three consecutive Region XV titles (2019, 2021, 2022) and are known nationally as a credible and prestigious NJCAA baseball program.
Following the 2019 season, Coach Morse's recruiting and evaluation skills were recognized, and he was hired by the San Diego Padres of MLB as an Associate Baseball Scout.
Coach Morse transitioned down to Tampa, FL in the summer of 2020 and began working as a teacher and the high school baseball coach at Anclote High School. During Coach Morse's two seasons at Anclote he broke the school's single season wins record in back-to-back years. Coach Morse now serves as the Head Baseball Coach at Countryside High School in Clearwater, FL and assists various travel baseball organizations with all of their recruiting needs and placement.
Over his coaching career, Coach Morse has sent over 200 amateur baseball players to the college level and has relationships with college coaches ranging from Junior College to Ivy League and Power 5 programs.
BRIAN LORUSSO
Recruiting Advisor, M.Ed
Coach Lorusso began his coaching career at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. Coach Lorusso began as a graduate assistant and eventually was promoted to the program's recruiting coordinator.
During his tenure at Hood College, Coach Lorusso worked with the pitching staff and in 2019 Hood College featured the MAAC Pitcher of the Year. During this season, Hood College also won the MAAC Conference Championship. Coach Lorusso has coached many other level's of travel baseball and has sent over 50 student-athletes to the college level in this role.
Currently, Coach Lorusso serves as a school counselor and baseball coach at his school. Coach Lorusso comes from Long Island, NY and has extensive recruiting experience and connections with college coaches throughout the entire country. His experience working in the guidance office also provides him with extensive knowledge in regard to the college application and admissions process.
